This community counselling service has trained professionals to help adults that are experiencing mental health issues such as grief, loss, trauma, and anxiety/depression, living in their local community.

This new service provides a safe and therapeutic environment for all individuals to feel safe and comfortable when expressing their emotions and their personal challenges.
